Refunds
For the book templates, we do not offer refunds. We only do replacements for non-working licenses. Every template has a guide included in it on how to use it if you find any difficulties using the template. If you buy and do not get the download link, just send us the proof we will send you the download link manually. Given the nature of the products, a refund is not possible in any condition. We expect you to clear all your doubts and queries with us and make an informed decision before purchasing any product.
For book design and eBook conversion services, I offer full refund if you are not satisfied with the work and don’t want to work with us. We discuss everything before you pay for the work.
